• Paid Subscription Accounts: Full access to premium features, subject to our Subscription & Billing Policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
• Ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
• Refrain from creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse the system.

ZHUMANIZER AI LTD is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

5. Account Use Limitations

• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred to others without our written permission.
• Accounts may not be used for scraping, reselling, or mass content generation beyond fair use limits.
• Accounts may not be used to create or spread content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or abusive (see Content Usage Policy).

6. Account Suspension & Termination

ZHUMANIZER AI LTD may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach any part of our Terms, Policies, or applicable laws.
• You engage in abusive or harmful behavior towards our team or systems.
• Payment methods fail or are disputed fraudulently.
• The account is inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (for free accounts).

In such cases, your license to use our services will be revoked, and you may not be entitled to any refunds.

7. Account Cancellation

• Paid accounts: Cancellation stops future billing, but service continues until the end of your billing cycle.
• Free accounts: Can be deleted immediately.

Canceling does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

• User-generated content may be deleted unless required for compliance or auditing.
• Some data may be retained per our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
