ZHUMANIZER AI LTD Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Overview

This Subscription & Billing Policy governs all subscription-related services provided by ZHUMANIZER AI LTD ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") through our platform. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to abide by the terms outlined herein, in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other legal policies.

2. Subscription Model

We offer digital access to AI-humanization services on a subscription basis. All plans grant access for a limited time (monthly, annually, etc.) and may vary in usage limits, including but not limited to the number of words processed per billing cycle.

3. Billing & Payment

  • Automatic Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly) via the payment method on file unless cancelled in advance.
  • Currency: All prices are displayed and billed in GBP or your applicable currency.
  • Payment Processor: We use third-party payment providers such as Stripe to handle secure transactions. Your billing information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Free Trials

Where offered, trial access is limited to a specific duration and usage cap (e.g., number of words). Upon expiry, your card will be charged automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations do not result in a refund, but you will retain access to paid features for the remainder of your current billing period.
  • After the period ends, access will revert to a free plan (if available) or be terminated.

6. Refund Policy

We maintain a strict Refund Policy, which includes the following:

  • No refunds are issued if you have already used more than 500 words after subscribing.
  • No refunds will be granted based solely on dissatisfaction with content output.
  • Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund; you may continue using the service until your billing cycle ends.

7. Failed Payments

In the event of a failed transaction, we may attempt to rebill within a short period. Failure to resolve payment issues may lead to suspension or termination of service access.

8. Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.
  • If the change affects your current plan, you will be notified and given an opportunity to accept or cancel before the new rate is applied.
  • VAT Clarity: For EU/UK pricing, VAT is excluded (e.g., €19.99/month (excl. VAT)).

9. Taxes

Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes, depending on your location. All taxes will be itemized at checkout or invoice.
