End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement Overview

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and ZHUMANIZER AI LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our web-based AI-humanization platform and any associated software, tools, APIs, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

2. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, ZHUMANIZER AI LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service strictly for lawful personal or business use, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Service is licensed, not sold, to you.

• All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including software, content, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of ZHUMANIZER AI LTD.
• You shall not claim any ownership of the Service or its intellectual property.

4. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform or its algorithms.
• Circumvent any limits, usage caps, or authentication mechanisms.
• Use the platform to generate, promote, or disseminate harmful, illegal, abusive, racist, or misleading content.
• Use the Service for high-volume scraping, reselling access, or unauthorized automation.
• Violate any UK or international copyright, trademark, or data protection laws.

5. Account Security & Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

6. Termination

ZHUMANIZER AI LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license and access if you violate this Agreement, our policies, or applicable law. Upon termination:

• Your license is immediately revoked.
• You must cease all use of the Service.
• No refunds will be issued for violations resulting in termination.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted under law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law: ZHUMANIZER AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) during the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
